I have a monthly subscription to this location simply because it's the closest one to my house. If there was another car wash nearby, I'd cancel and go there. I've lost county of the number of times I show up and it's closed because of "mechanical issues." My subscription is good at all Zips Car Washes, so I visit them regularly while traveling for work throughout NC and SC. This location is - by far - the least reliable. I stopped by this afternoon and was happy to see they were open....until I tried to use one of the bays to clean and vacuum the inside of my car. One bay was empty because the vacuum had no suction. Another bay had no hose. You could hear the vacuum sucking air through the nozzle 10 feet above the ground. There are only 6 bays, so only 4 were actually working, which meant there was a line of cars waiting. I can't wait for a competitor to open a location near by house, so I can finally cancel my membership here.

Horrible. The man advertised a NON-reoccurring membership for 1 month as $12.50. I was billed $12.50 but the following month Zips Car Wash billed me $25. When I called to explain that I did not agree nor sign up for a reoccurring car wash membership they said they can cancel my membership and that they only handle refunds via an email team and later sent me an email saying “After reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund at this time due to our cancellation policy. Our policy requires that all cancellations be submitted at least seven days before the billing date to qualify for a refund.” The whole situation is suspicious and I would highly recommend using a more reputable honest car wash. This place is a scam.

STAY AWAY, scummy sales practices - got talked into the top tier car wash with the promise of a BOGO style deal; I was told if I buy the top tier, I can come back anytime for another wash at no cost. 2 weeks later, I started to make my way there again and noticed the “4 DAY REWASH” noted on the receipt, with no eligibility after those 4 days. Called customer service to explain and see if they would still honor it, and was told they would not, with no other recourse. I prefer to spend my money at an honest business; not one that holds themselves to the integrity standards of a door to door salesman. There are a lot of car washes in the area that aren’t this one, go to them instead.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. To start the employees aren’t happy and are quick to tell you. They also informed me what I could expect from the auto wash and it was spot on. I had to run my mid sized SUV through the wash 2x because it didn’t clean my vehicle adequately! Even then It was still about 70% cleaned afterwards. Now I’m driving a new vehicle, no mud or excessive dirt just simple bug guts, break pad dust etc. While $35 Isn’t too crazy of a Price other facilities charge the same if not less for better quality. The membership I bought was the $35 “premium package”. I called into the 800 number and the first representative agreed that the service wasn’t up to par and requested a refund. A week later I was told it was denied even after all the feedback I gave. Look I’ve used other services like Sam’s Express and I have to say I wouldn’t recommend ZIPS to ANYONE! The vacuum station only host 5 cars I believe so you’ll be waiting quite some time to vacuum your car, despite the signage saying 10 minutes. 10 minutes isn’t enough time for properly vacuuming or drying your vehicle. DO NOT USE THEIR CARWASH!!!!!!!!! I recently visited their carwash not too long ago located on Wake Forest Rd in Raleigh Nc. The ONLY reason I used this carwash that day was because I was in a rush to get to a meeting and didn't have time to go to the American Pride Xpress Car Wash, which I usually use. (HIGHLY RECOMMEND them btw). Prior to using this carwash my car had no damage to the bumper whatsoever and I know this simply because I drive my car everyday, clean it once a week, and personally wipe every inch down of the car myself. So if there was any damage to my vehicle prior to this visit..I WOULD HAVE KNOWN. As I went through the carwash it immediately sounded like the machines were tearing up my vehicle but it didn't raise any alarms to me because I had just told myself at the moment that maybe that's just how the carwash sounded. I pulled out the tunnel and pulled into the vacuum area so I could wipe down my car. As I get out of my vehicle so I could wipe it down, I noticed that the bumper was off on the driver side and I immediately knew what caused it because I had just heard all of that rukus going through the carwash and I knew the bumper wasnt off prior to me coming
